These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Guduchi Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. By accessing, browsing and/or using this Site and/or ordering products or services from Guduchi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You should always speak with a healthcare professional before taking any dietary, nutritional, herbal supplement. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Shipping

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on invoices. Title to products passes from Guduchi to you on shipment from Guduchi's facility.

Intellectual Property

The copyright in all material provided on this Site is held by Guduchi or by the original creator of the material.

Limitation of Liability

Guduchi disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Guduchi does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein.

Dispute Resolution

Any claim, dispute or controversy shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration. This Agreement shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1956. Legal proceedings shall be in Bangalore.
